U-Haul of Huntspoint offers truck rentals and moving services. The pick up and drop off is super easy. The location is good, especially with a gas station nearby. The facility is clean and feels as expected for an urban U-Haul. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and transparent. However, there can be long waits for reservations, particularly in the afternoon. Management and staff are helpful though. There can be minor hiccups, like vehicles not being checked in, which requires waiting and assistance from customer service. Overall, it is a highly recommended location despite some delays.
All 3 personnel who assisted me were very helpful and kind. Also i would like to add how professional & passionate Stephenie (lady at the counter) was, she takes her job very seriously, not everywhere you see such character. Overall it was a pleasure doing business with Uhaul.

Too far from Hunts Point Market for anyone W a car to swap out for uhaul van. Great if you park blocks away.
