Because I completed the agreement on line, as suggested by Diamond, once I arrived at the facility the only thing left to do was tour my unit and pick up my lock. “This CubeSmart is pretty rad. Juanita P. impressed me the moment I walked through the door. A family was at the desk, and she seemed genuinely invested in helping them with their problem. When they left, she greeted me and started setting me up my new storage unit. She made me feel very welcome!
She gave me a lot of information that was super helpful with planning my move in. She explained the layout and numbering system of the units so I wouldn’t get lost. Overall, she made me feel reassured about storing things here. It’s clear she cares about doing a good job and looking out for the community.
While good customer service is part of running a successful business, on the customer end, sometimes it can be more than that. I had to put my things in storage for traumatic reasons so the way Juanita made this process so easy with thorough explanations really meant a lot to me!
