Be careful when renting from here. If they give you a van that's is not a full tank take a picture of the odometer because if you don't they will try to charge you for it. I told them that the tank was on 40 miles and I only used 20 miles and they trying to charge me for a full tank. Make it make sense. If the tank was on full don't you think I would have used more then 20 miles. Then the manager said he would give me a one time courtesy to wipe the charge out only to hang up on me and then try to charge my card.

Great experience friendly professional staff (Every one of them), very knowledgeable, clean facility staff, as well as the truck rented. Everything straightforward and easy to locate even the lock drop box. Will do business again in the future! Thanks staff!!

I rented a car trailer from these people. I showed up 2 hours before it opened. I watched someone get up and get dressed and hide a matress through the front window. They saw me too because I took their picture. Look at the picture he was hiding a mattress

I wanted to share my experience using the U-Haul app, and unfortunately, it was quite frustrating. The app is not intuitive, particularly for individuals over 50 or those who may not be highly tech-savvy. The process felt unnecessarily long and tedious, with no clear indication of when each step would be completed.
Additionally, I was surprised to find that using a debit card for payment was not an option. This restriction could exclude a large number of potential customers who rely on debit rather than credit.
While at the U-Haul location, I sought assistance from employees, but the younger staff members (presumably Gen Z and Millennial employees) seemed disengaged and hesitant to help. It gave the impression that they were either unfamiliar with the app themselves or simply frustrated by having to assist customers with it.
To improve the experience, I strongly encourage a more user-friendly redesign that considers older and less tech-savvy customers. A clear, guided process, better payment flexibility, and improved customer support would go a long way in making the app more accessible and efficient for a wider audience.

Overall smooth experience. Received exceptional customer service experience from Sammy. He went above and beyond. For the smallest thing. A simple question, he over achieved. Questions about my bill, gas, when I picked up the truck. When I parked my car, gave me great suggestion. Overall amazing experience with him in particular. Would come back just cause I know I’m good. He gon make sure that. First time renting from U-Haul.

I came with a foreign driver's license and without a reservation, but everyone was very nice, fast, and helpful — so i walked out 15 minutes later as a grateful customer. When I need a van I'll definitely go there.
