They don’t honor the time schedule it’s supposed to be open the packages are left sitting all around and there is no one to help you with returns they basically just push you to leave cost me money they should focus on just being a barber shop cause they are not doing ups justice as an access point

This location accepts UPS drop off for a charge fee of US$1 per package. Do they provide shipping label? No. A confirmation? perhaps. This is a *custodial fee* if you ask me...just to keep the package until a UPS driver shows up. There is little to no access point UPS location around zip code 10457, such an inconvenience.

This place charged for a drop up fees for UPS packages even tho UPS clearly says it is free. This shouldn’t happen and should be reported to UPS itself or to the BBB
