I do my returns here quite often and the Associates are pretty chill and helpful. My experiences are pretty good and the customer service is fine.

This location accepts UPS drop off for a charge fee of US$1 per package. Do they provide shipping label? No. A confirmation? perhaps. This is a *custodial fee* if you ask me...just to keep the package until a UPS driver shows up. There is little to no access point UPS location around zip code 10457, such an inconvenience.
