“I always trust Postnet instead of the drop-off spots. 1st-They are very nice and professional, 2nd-they give you a receipt for the package you leave, and 3rd - all you have to do is track your package. I rather go to Posnet than a drop-off spot anytime. 557 Grand Concourse ad 149th Street. The prices are reasonable to send, fax, copy and digital copies.”

“I had to get my fingerprints done here for work. This is the second or third time I've been here for prints this time was fantastic! I had Michelle today and I was in and out. I've never had prints done so effortlessly before. The last two times I was here the other woman was sweet but it took a bit to get the prints right. Not Michelle, she is definitely the best”

“This was my first experience sending a barrel down for friends/family. After some research of finding a shipping company I came across Dennis shipping (Bronx location). I requested a pick up online,and received a call the next morning to select a pick up date. I went to the location to pick up two barrels, and the staff were polite.The two guys who picked up the barrels was pleasant as well (remember to tip them whatever you can spare). Overall my experience was pretty good. I called to follow up on arrival time and they said 2 weeks to get to Kingston and it definitely arrived on time. My friends/family picked up a few days after arriving at the Wharf. Most importantly it was affordable to send, customer service was good,and nothing came up short. I will use Dennis again.I recommend.”
“I use Luciano shipping some years. My things get there fast and nothing gets touch. I recommend Luciano. Sometimes they delay if there is snow or rain . But como early next day. My neighbor b family use them and vegano ..but I don't trust vegano as much.bmy husband prefer vegano to sent to Santiago. “I have been using this FedEx store since 2017. Joanne was serving then and now. She is a pro, and she cares and really helps. This is important because FedEx online customer service sucks. Their 800-463-3339 customer service phone people are terrible: they hangup forcing me to call again. In short, not all Fedex people are good. It is their customer oriented people like Joanne that make Fedex as good as they are.”

“The store could use more employees. I was there earlier this week in the morning. There was already a couple of lines for the shipping as well as for the printing. A good part of the customers were older folks that needed assistance with understanding using their mobile apps. Chasity was awesome and very attentive and patient with her customers. I will definitely be visiting this White Plains, Bronx location more often.”

“The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”
“This office is not a full-service facility!It has no equipment to copy and print be a jpg image of a label.This facility actually suggested visiting the nearby Staples store in the Coop City complex or the UPS Store on the Post Road in New Rochelle!”
“Went here to mail off two packages. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful in helping me decide on which envelope to mail my items in. Along with explaining to me the different shipping rates. Also the trip was quick, there was no line.”
“Only thing is when you call UPS, the reps cannot speak USA English. They have no idea of location! In a word, they are HORRIBLE! Spent 1 hour on the phone with the red who repeated the same thing over 13 times, even though I tried to explain the same thing 20 times. In frustration, I couldn't take it! UPS really stinks because UPS was the cause of the loss of my dog, as they left my gate open! UPS didn't offer to try to replace my dog. The head of UPS needs to be replaced! UPS needs a complete over-haul!”

“This was my 2nd time ever mailing anything out, so I was clueless on what package to get to place my item in, it's price, how to write the addresses and etc, yes literally only 2nd time I mailed anything out, it was pretty busy, and there was only one lady there name Helen fonseca, who I managed to peek at her name badge, I applaud her for one being very patient with me, knowing that most of the questions I asked were probably common sense but I was a bit worried because I was sending a package international and wanted to make sure everything I did was correct, and two even though the line was long she was very nice to every person, meanwhile most people in her shoes shall have a reason to be frustrated, a long line and she's all alone but was taking care of everyone in a swift manner, great customer service indeed. Yes I was that guy that asked a few questions and may have took some extra time and got someone annoyed on the line but she was so patient and helpful.”
