The worst carriers work out of this location. How hard is it to deliver to the address on the package? I can’t count how many times I’ve had my packages left elsewhere. So damn frustrating!!

I had a problem with a delivery and really needed some assistance quickly. I called and a Ms. Hyman assisted me beautifully. She was kind, thoughtful and went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. Such a nice experience. Thank you to Ms. Hyman and to my mail carrier Tasha,(who is ALWAYS above and beyond).

Re set the staff most of the workers in this location have bad attitude don’t offer any assistance and aren’t at the window half the time impossible that new folks that wanna work can’t seem to get a spot in a location like this due to the connections or whatever else is going on at this site:fix it immediately terrible 😢 Shameless and lack of empathy from most workers here : also they have frequently changed out moneyorders, and other treasury checks from folks that don’t have proper ID! so now they don’t accept the option to change the checks at all which I think it’s outlandish and sounds like a bit suspicious, what federal post office changes a treasury check and or a money order to someone without proper identification apparently this location, i Don’t recommend and I think that the manager Should reconsider hiring a new set of staff that actually care!

When I visited this Post Office it was Excellent in all its services. The workers are respectful and do provide help. They are professional.. I recently went to 1525 E Gun Hill Road and mailed two packages to the same address at the same time and the person only received one package that was mailed June Fourth , 2025.
Recipient still waiting for the Priority Mail Package.
You can tell the difference in the staff. No name tags.

6 years ago I gave a 1star rating to this place. Throuout the years I have seen improvement in their service. Staffing have slightly improved and the lines are not as bad as years ago. Cust. Service has improved as well by having a frendlier staff willing to answer your questions.

This post office used to be terrible, but I assume they got new management over the past year. The lines are no longer too long, the people are now nice. This post office did a complete 180 and is now a pleasure to go to. Congrats on finally getting it right. Please keep it this way.

Free parking in the attached lot. Not crowded today so it wasn't a long wait. Postal worker friendly and helpful.

I’m having trouble receiving my packages and therefore, losing money. When I contact the vendors they are telling me that they have confirmation that the packages have been delivered. As a senior I do most of my shopping online and I cannot afford to pay for items twice. This is not fair for me not to receive the items I have purchased that have the correct address. Please do something to resolve this problem.

Mail always gets delivered in the evening and most times wrong mail end up in my mailbox. We won't even talk about lost packages. Lucky my neighbors are descent humans and walk my packages over to me. But it's not unusual for our packages to be lost...SMH
