Customers have reported excellent service, with respectful and professional staff who provide helpful assistance. While there were some past issues with long lines and poor customer service, the post office has since improved, with friendlier staff and shorter wait times. Overall, the USPS is praised for its efficient, family-oriented, and customer-focused approach, making it a pleasure to visit.
At times, there maybe 2 workers at the windows or maybe just one & the line for service will just back up to the door. The workers themselves are fine, they just need help at peak hours. The one good thing I could say about this location, is the huge parkinglot they have for customers. Otherwise, the location is clean.

I had a problem with a delivery and really needed some assistance quickly. I called and a Ms. Hyman assisted me beautifully. She was kind, thoughtful and went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. Such a nice experience. Thank you to Ms. Hyman and to my mail carrier Tasha,(who is ALWAYS above and beyond).

I have had wonderful service and seldom have to wait. I’m very glad we have a PO Across the street. It’s a plus.
