Has to be the worst post office in NYC. The mail carriers claim they tried to deliver a package. Then the staff isnt helpful in addition to extremely slow. Can’t wait to be moving far away soon.

I came here to pick up a missed package for the first time in a while. In the past, I would use the window on the far left side without any issues, so I assumed that was still the line since i seen people were waiting there. After standing for about 15 minutes, when its my turn the worker comes telling me “one line only,” pointing to the middle of a long line that reached the exit... At this point, I just decided to leave and come back another day. Not one notice or sign inside that shows which line is it to pick up your package. Also this place is still dirty and dingy, but its the bronx so its expected.

Yet again they claim they attempted to deliver my package at 7:53 pm said they left a notice but didn't so i couldn't even put in for a redelivery it's horrible i walked to the post office i spoke to someone they said they would get a supervisor but he had the nerve to tell me to come back tomorrow tell your people to do their damn jobs and i wouldn't have to come over there i understand it's after hours but tell them not to wait until 8 pm to lie about not delivering my items i was home and they didn't deliver nothing or even attempt to because they was being lazy if u attempted it wheres my notice because you now pissed me off

Received some unknown certified large envelope mail and they never attempted to knock on my door and deliver. Also done right on a Saturday so now I have to wait anxiously until Monday to see what the hell did I recieve thats so important, it needed to be sent in a certified large envelope. Also, had a frustrating time with them in the past as they don't bother to deliver packages. I have to follow up on them and find a time from my busy work schedule to pick it up because apparently they cant do redeliveries right. Ugh...

The worst post office ever! Even the carrier are horrible. They don't even look which mail goes to what apartment always mixing the mail up in my building. It is so horrible.

Went to the post office today 7/19/2025 to return an item and was treated very nice by a worker by the name of Mohammed. He was so nice and very polite laugh when I laugh because of the amount that I was gonna pay for a delivery he was great. Just wanted you to know post office u have a kind employee and very professional , the visit was at Parkchester post office the one near Macy’s

This place has only gotten worse from 20 years ago. They need to fire everyone there and just get new staff. The attitudes and long lines are ridiculous. Carriers steal packages and also never want to bring them up. You could be home all day and they will not ring the bell. I actually had to tell off one of the carriers for leaving a ticket in my mailbox about “recipient not home” when he’s seen me all morning going in and out the building. When I confronted him about it all he can do was stutter.
Please give your team a refresher on how to do their jobs and deal with customers. It’s not our fault you can’t do your jobs. Also, make sure your drivers don’t always block the sidewalk in the back. There’s no reason why people have to walk in the street and potentially risk getting hit by a car because also your employees like to double park and block traffic in the back.

The slowest/ always a line out the door post office in the area. I suggest going to the morris park or westchester ave post office instead.

They claimed they couldn’t get any access to my building but left the pink slip IN THE MAILBOX. They’re so lazy and then don’t even follow the policies they put on the damn pink slip. So tired of the post office as a whole and it’s no wonder people are calling them obsolete. They just don’t want to do their jobs. They also know nothing. You have to tell them how to do their job. This place is so unprofessional do not come here for nothing try to avoid it at ALL costs. I was supposed to receive a $500 camera i ordered on July 3rd. it was out for delivery and everything then i receive a message that my package was returned to the post office because of an “insufficient address” which had never happened before and I confirmed my address with the seller nothing was insufficient about my address. So I call all day and get no response , nobody picks up phones at this location there is only 2 workers and the line is always to the door , I walked in July 7th to find out where my package is since they weren’t answering any calls the 4 days i spent calling and i get a “we can’t find the package write down your address number and name so we can call if we find it” how do you lose a package that was returned back to ya this makes no sense and mind you he repeatedly address to me correctly therefore i’m assuming the person driving the delivery truck stole my package and they’re trying to say it’s something else. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING !!!

IT'S A POST OFFICE - be kind to the people that work there, don't show up late, expect a line .
They should.probably get rid of of or upgrade their noisy air condiromer on the roof of the building. It is pracrically keeping you up at night because of how loud it is.
The noise pollution gemerated from this in this resodential area has got to be illegal.

I'm waiting outside for USPS coz Package was coming, and I get text saying, Insecure area, left Notice. I didn't see No USPS vehicle or Employee!!!! And Where did he put the Notice at? BS lazy getting OT on Sunday For What? 10462 P.O. get ready for me. I'm MDO in Plant!!!!! 😡

If I could give a zero I would. The post office is completely disorganized and the representatives at the widow take care of their friends. I had been waiting at on the line and man came into the post office asked me if this was the line to pick up packages. The woman in front of me pointed to a sign in the front stating that everyone should should stand on the one line. The man then went to the front and recognized his friend and got his package. I try to avoid this post office at all costs. I have even stopped having packages sent to my home because they constantly have issues delivering. The last time I stayed home to receive my package and they had the nerve to say they came and I was not home. Additionally, my nephew sent me a christmas card that arrived at my home in February. The postmarked date over the stamp was December 20th.
