The Postal Service's 1449 West Ave location offers walk-in passport services. While the wait time can be long, especially during peak hours, the staff is generally helpful and courteous. Customers have praised specific employees like Mohammed, who was patient and kind even while fasting for Ramadan, and Mrs. Price, who went above and beyond to ensure a package was delivered to the right location. The mailman who delivers to 1510 Unionport Road is also commended for his professionalism and care for his job. Despite the occasional challenges, the USPS is dedicated to providing reliable and efficient service to its customers across the country.
Workers are never in a rush to get things done. This location is especially outdated, and although they have around 6 teller windows, typically only 1-2 are open for all things. The wait times can be very long.
