What a disservice to the community to provide painfully slow service. USPS locations in other communities that deal with bullet proof glass, dirty floors, and two workers servicing a line of 10-15 people at any time.

The worst USPS I’ve ever been to. Everyone here need to get fired, nobody is doing their jobs. They have 7 windows and only one person working there the whole time, and I can tell that they’re doing this on purpose because their garbage excuse of a “supervisor” came out laughing about it today. This place needs to be sued.

I had two dates 7/18 and 7/28 where two different packages said delivered and I never received it. It wasn’t left with a neighbor I check the mail everyday and this happened with the same mail carrier within the same week. I put in an online inquiry and I received a call today saying the normal mail carrier isn’t in and they will check in with one that is. I go in person today as well and theres 20 people on line complaining about the same exact issue. There’s also a notice on the door stating they’re not delivering packages and apparently this has been going on for WEEKS WITH NO NOTICE! There’s also a man who said his mail was also missing on the 28th by the same mail carrier. I was told because the mail says “delivered” even though I didn’t receive it that I’m not able to be reimbursed but they have to ask the carrier who delivered it what happened with the package. There’s no coincidence everyone’s mail went missing the same day and I should get reimbursed my $400 that was worth for both packages.

I've never seen a post office location just lose or misdeliver so many letters and packages. I have actually had more stuff misdelivered here than packages I've had stolen off my porch/out of my lobby before.

Why is it that they have not been able to mail packages for a while now??!! I went there on Friday 7/18 and after waiting on a line with only one teller, I realized that you could not mail a package through them. No signs on the door prior to entering, small handwritten one at the beginning of the line. Today, 7/24, I walked down the ave with my packages, and they are still not accepting packages!!! Come on now!!!

Processing time was very slow. If only they can get 0 stars that would be great! We waited for almost 1 hour while we were standing 4th in queue then only to find out that I can’t get my package because I only have a green card. The lady is insisting for me to present a state ID with address while this is not my first time to get a package with green card. Also, not considering what we already waited for so long. No wonder why this place has lots of bad reviews. Now I ended up canceling my transaction with amazon because the seller used USPS.

They never deliver ur package to your house but when u go pick it up at the post office they said is missing or stolen cus they dont know where is at but mind u they never deliver it they take it with them and leave a notice saying they got it until u go pick it up and come up that that excuse missing or stolen smh

This place us dirty and dark. The staff is hanging out and not attending windows amd the lines are long. The machines are down for days where one can't send a priority packge or certified letter. Staff needs customer service training. Shut this place down!
