Same thing that others are saying. They lie about coming to the building and “attempted to deliver the package”. The excuse they used with me? No secure location available when they didn’t show up while I was waiting for them. Honestly, this place staff should be change or dismantled immediately for efficient people and willing to work.

The customer service at this place is horrible.Not only was the woman assisting me rude and unprofessional, but the process was also extremely slow. There were multiple cubicles but only two people working.
The woman who helped me was very hostile from the start. While I understand where she was coming from, she gave me unnecessary attitude over something that could have been resolved with a simple, diplomatic conversation. She offered no support and provided no real service.
The place itself wasn’t dirty, but it was far from pleasant, the lighting was poor (often too dark), the atmosphere felt hollow, and the decor was disorganized.

This is one of the most dismal post offices in the Bronx. Despite several alterations in management and staff, it continues to operate with poor efficiency. Missed deliveries while not even making attempts are staples of this post office.

Easily the worst post office in the state. Management and professionalism are both non existent and this location is a total waste of allocated funds. 90% of the time, deliveries never make it to the recipient. Packages are either "lost" or delivered to non existent "parcel lockers". I suspect theft or some sort of fraud and will be making a report to OIG.

Terrible service tellers always have an attitude packages r always missing I went to see where is my package and I never received it I reordered the same package and once again for the second the post office dropped my package to some else and now I have another package missing and Everytime I ask for a manager "hes in a meeting" or "not here" like if he's a dam fugitive they need to closed thia post office down cauae the lines r ridiculous and when u get to a teller she has disgusting attitude thwy should all be fired

Worst place ever .. always package lost . I mailed a brand new phone & after scanning the phone and not being delivered on time i was informed my package is lost.. these employ definitely steals item. Also my check was also lost and after investigation it appears that i was cashed and altered. Only in the Bronx u get this kinda services. No wonder people dont like their service. Employees are so full of this . The manager has no respect or consideration or whatsoever.

Yesterday [06/03/2024] afternoon was the first time in a while I came there to pickup an Amazon package I ordered last week, and not only the business was slow so there was definitely a line.
But when I finally spoke to a window worker, she asked "Do you have your stuff?" which I replied "Yes." but I thought she meant the Order ID - she wasn't being specific.
I asked her something which she replied loudly "You don't have your stuff, but you said 'Yes.'" Which she then handed me a piece of paper and I did tell her that her attitude is uncalled for.
She said (loudly again) "You need to have this stuff written, you have to be prepared." As if I was supposed to know to have a piece of paper beforehand, when I don't even come there often.
After she was done talking to me, she indirectly made a comment saying "I don't care if they don't like how I'm acting." Which I feel like she does, since she felt the need to say it out loud let alone intentionally being loud and rude to others which is something that requires energy to do.
I definitely do not want to visit this place again, I didn't want to in the first place but UPS attempted to deliver my packages to my home but couldn't.
To avoid ever having to pickup my stuff from there whenever UPS fails me, I'll start picking up my stuff in a nearby Amazon Locker.
I wish nothing but bad karma on these workers, who has treated us like garbage.

This post office needs a serious make over, most of the staff has a nasty attitude, the delivery drivers never deliver their packages nor leave slips or sometimes leave a slip just because they dont want carry your purchases to your door?? then you arrive at the post office to wait 2-3 hrs so that they can tell you they either cant find your package, it allegedly has been returned, or maybe just maybe it might still be on the truck..... something has to be done with this post office its not fare to the community and the few good worker that do do their job. They laugh in your face as if you're a joke, it's crazy.... this place needs renovation starting from the staff
