The United States Postal Service location receives mixed reviews that note significant improvements in recent years. Many customers report long wait times, with lines often out the door, and some frustration with package delivery procedures. There are mentions that delivery notices are not always left, requiring in-person pickups, and that the online redelivery option is unreliable. However, numerous reviews highlight positive changes in customer service, describing employees as very nice, polite, and helpful. Specific clerks are commended for being kind, respectful, and for communicating well, which provides a sense of relief. Their efforts to help locate packages and keep the line moving are appreciated. While past reviews described rude attitudes, current feedback indicates a big and positive difference, with staff now receiving thanks for great customer service. The workers are noted for taking care of the neighborhood.

Disgusting customer service, limited pickup times. No communication, disrespects the elder. Nasty attitude, consistently lies about drop off attempt. Unprofessional supervisors. PLEASE SHUT DOWN.

USPS really needs to learn how to deliver packages to the right address. It’s not difficult to add the address to Google Maps & follow directions. My 12yr old niece does it everyday.
