I had an amazing experience with Keilah at Verizon! She provided outstanding customer service—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left completely satisfied with my service. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond, but Keilah did just that. Highly recommend working with her if you need assistance!

I went in to trade in my phone and I had questions. I dealt originally with a guy named Fabian and he just didn't know how to answer the questions I asked so he went to get help from a guy name Jamal. This guy doesnt know how to talk to people. I asked several questions because what he was telling me just didn't make sense. So he goes to say you are not listening. OH? He said you asked for a different person. Clearly he wasn't good enough, I can't help you....I looked at him and said I never asked for anyone else, the previous rep didn't know how to answer my questions. So I asked for someone else. Waited an hour for a manager to finally be able to tell me what I needed to do next. It was simple. It was a promo correction I needed. Simple. Nothing to do with my phone plan. Adjust your attitude. Reconfigure your words when dealing with customers. I await the day you get another person that you speak to in that way and see how that flies.

Version store is scamming. They told clients to switch their verizon account to business account and get more bill discounts and other promotions from verizon. As soon as they switch my account to business my bill increase almost three times old discounts and deals ended and no new deal and promotions. When I ask them after one month of getting high bill they say verizon will return extra charged ammont in next bill. But it's not . Since last six month I a paying 3 times more bill. Even they not switching back my account to my personal name. Every time I go to store they connect me with helpline. No one listing in store at helpline. Helpline say they not have access to my old account and can't help. At store they say only helpline can solve . Helpline they they can't. So guys be carefull don't switch your personal account to business account. Store guys scamming clients for their benefits

On February 4, 2025, I was a walk in at the Verizon store in Bay Plaza. Even though I purchased my phone and added my service online to my home internet, I figured going into the store I would be able to get some help figuring out my bill and any other information that I needed. A young man met me at the door stating can I help you and I began to explain to him what I needed. Young man never even asked me if I wanted to have a seat or let me see what I can do to help you. I intern had to ask him if I can have a seat and his response was to me was, “well, I know I can’t help you because you did it online so that’s why I didn’t ask you to have a seat”. My response to him was, “oh so you’re saying because I did my transaction online, that you are unwilling to help me?” I received no Plausible response to my question. The young man went on to say, “being that I am an older person that you would figure I would do my transaction in store instead of online”. My response, “ so because I’m an older person you can’t help me. “ He stated, “that’s not what I said “.
The meaning that I took away from this conversation is you meant you don’t have time to help senior citizens. He didn’t deny it!! Upon asking this young man if the person that hired him knows how he actually feels, his response to me was “they know my duties”. Unfortunately throughout this conversation, I definitely forgot to ask the man his name,, but at this point, he probably wouldn’t have told me anyway. Is description was tall, Medium build, brown skin with braids in his hair and glasses. This young man had to be in his 20s.
He was very condescending, Nice nasty and has no respect for his customers, especially the elderly. This young man should not be working in customer service or with the public. I don’t understand how that Verizon is still in business when you have people like that working there. I would never step foot back in that place again.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Shameka at Verizon
I recently visited the Verizon store and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with one of the employees, Shameka, who just happen to be the “Manager”. I had hoped to receive helpful assistance, but instead found the interaction to be frustrating and unprofessional.
Shameka seemed uninterested in addressing my concern and was not willing to listen to my questions. When I asked for clarification, she became dismissive and did not offer any solutions. I left the store feeling unheard and unsatisfied
I understand that customer service can be challenging, but I expected better treatment as a loyal Verizon customer. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it is important for the company to ensure its employees are providing a positive, helpful experience for all customers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had the best experience ever coming into this Verizon location!! I was greeted with an array of smiles and hellos and the it's only got better from there ! The manager Jamal paired me up with Isiah , who is in my opinion the heart and soul of the store ! He moved me around the entire store trying to sell me everything in sight ! He even threw his own phone in the air and let it smack the floor in order to just sell us the insurance. He's a wonderful person , and I would recommend any person to go to him for service. And just when I thought we were done , Jamal gave us a special deal where we got a new phone for free!!! I had the best time ever and I honestly would go again! The negative reviews don't show the truth , which is that these workers where are all amazing and have hearts of gold

I came into this store after being told over the phone they can’t assist and I would need to go in store for more help .When I walked in it was only two customers and all of the workers was chit chatting with each other. I told them my situation and was told I would not be able to get assistance because my ID was expired . They told me to call 611 after I told them I do not have a phone. I asked the supervisor Jamal if he would be able to assist me he stated no because my ID was invalid. I did not have a phone for two weeks and they didn’t even offer to call 611 in the store in assist me. I’ve been a valued customer for seven years and never experienced such lazy customer service and a Verizon store. The manager asked if he was able to assist me after I told him the situation he stated he will not be able to help He himself did not even offer another solution for my problem causing me more of a inconvenience, having to travel back home with no cellular device because Verizon refused Assist me . I would not recommend this store to anyone I will not be back neither ! They do not vault paying customers at all ! Get new workers who care to help not just chit chat to one another

As a Verizon customer since the origin of cell phones: PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. After a phone trade in on a Black Friday, I have been paying for a watch that was marketed for free and pitched gift cards that I never received. The agent was promoted to a manager!

I am very disappointed with this store’s service. The owner of the store apologized below but never denied anything I said, which speaks volumes. As someone who has worked in a cellphone store, I understand the pressure of quotas, but dismissing clients just because they are doing an upgrade instead of adding a new line is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
If you notice they are giving you a million excuses or telling you things like, “Don’t bother upgrading; the phones are the same anyway,” be cautious—they are likely trying to avoid helping with your upgrade. They stare at your account to figure out how to dismiss your request rather than assist you.
The manager, who is dark-skinned with dark hair, appears to play along with this behavior. If you’re seeking an upgrade, they will make every excuse in the book not to complete it. However, if it’s for a new line, they’re more than willing to help.
In particular, Franchesca, a girl with a very round face, goes out of her way to discourage upgrades. She will do anything to convince you not to upgrade, which is just sad.
This kind of discriminatory treatment is disgusting, and I will be reporting them. Customers deserve better than this, and it’s unfortunate to see a store prioritize quotas over genuine service. Please if they deny you REPORT THEM.

Traded in my old I Pad for a new one, I should have gotten a big discount but As zi look at my bill, ai see I haven’t gotten it as I was told. Verizon is charging me for an extra line, This should have taken care of when I traded my lad I Pad.
