Tech person was pleasant and respectful. After many attempts she couldn’t solve my problem however she offered one solution, which would’ve been very time-consuming. I went home and did some more investigating and ultimately by luck found another way to deal with the problem and solved it myself.

Jefferson is really terrific. The only slight complaint that I have is that it took a little long to get waited on. But other than that, it was a great experience. He was knowledgeable and helpful.
