During the process of transferring my sons previous information to the new phone, we ran into some unforseen complications, which Yessir handled with extreme patience, courtesy, and professionalism! I had to get my phone replaced very suddenly the same day it broke and I was offered a Motorola phablet plus case plus screen protector for about $200. I also had to upgrade my phone plan so I could get the upgrade but I've had that plan before so it's not a problem for me.
The upgrade took only like 20 minutes for me to be able to walk out with the phone and getting all my data was about an hour as it downloaded from the Samsung syncing.
5 out of 5, their service is quick and fast and I would come back at any time.”
