“This place is amazing, I scheduled for a dna testing with a lady name ms Yvonne she’s the supervisor and she was amazing very nice spoken, and she booked my appointment and scheduled the appointment with ms Angela she was a very nice well spoken lady, I asked her some questions and she answered all my questions in a nice polite way. We went on a Wednesday and we got our test today on Monday 12:22pm, I highly recommended this place. If u guys need a dna test done this is the perfect place to come to, the price is worth it all! Thank u ms Yvonne and ms Angela for all u help!”

“I had an appointment at a Bronx location and it was closed. I went to this location to get my blood tests. The place was packed.You must use the kiosk to check in. Perhaps there should have been a big sign with instructions so that people know. This site is extremely busy and should have more people on staff. The receptionist and the phlebotomist were very professional.”

“It so quick! We were in and out in 5-10 minutes. We spoke to the doctor virtually and the nurse gave my son the rapid pcr test. In less than an hour the doctor called with the results and got an email. They emailed the results to the school nurse too. Highly recommend!!!”

“There's a lunch break from 2 - 3 pm, according to the employee I spoke to (male). If you are a walk-in, you should get there no later than 5 pm (on a weekday). The employee (male) was very nice, and my experience was good. (FYI, there is a TV in the waiting room.)”

“I’ve been going to this quest for years to get blood work, and the phlebotomists have always been nice and were good at drawing blood, but recently a new phlebotomist, Katie, has started working here and has blown me away with how kind and gentle she is. I go for blood work once a month and I always know it will be a good experience when I see her. For someone that doesn’t love getting blood drawn, she really makes the experience a great one. Thank you Katie!”

“Me and my son went there on a Saturday night . The greeter brought us to a room quickly, it was very clean (nice smell of bathroom soap as well), crisp smell (no irritating aromas) and comfy. There was a t.v. that was optional to watch along with some bar snacks. The temperature was a bit warm for my son (I like it like that but he likes it kind of cold) but I was able to change the temperature in the room.The technician was very patient and gentle and waited for my son to go to sleep to put on those cord and patches on his head (which i appreciated them waiting till he was asleep). The night was very quiet. I was up all night (mommy instincts). The technician came in every 2 hours to adjust some finger device that kept coming off my son.The only thing I wish was that they had some sort of cord to lightly hold all those cords instead of it twirling every where as he moved through the night. I also wish that they would allow for longer sleep due to them closing at 6am, they wake you up at 5am. My son woke up energized though!Ooh and one last thing I wish they served light to go breakfast (not bars), which would have been nice!”

“Went to the Lab Corp. at 2488 Grandconcourse room 401. Just went there on 08/19/2020. Had a very pleasant experience. The two young ladies who work there are very helpful and professional. The restroom was very clean. The waiting area was spotless and the seats were spread out 6 feet apart. Went early in the morning. Was out of there in less than a half hour. Thank you.”

This place is phenomenal. It's a great place for teachers to take their classes on a field trip. If you want to visit I suggest you contact their main office and speak to someone. It's definitely a learning experience!”

“Had a morning appointment and immediately had to write a review. 1. There was no line to get paperwork done, and whatever needed to be done was very efficient. 2. My appointment was for 9am and I was taken in within seconds of allowed time. 3. The star of the visit was Yakyra Paulino. With a perfect and a very light hand she got my uncooperative veins to respond instantly. I was in absolute awe; Yakyra was superbly professional, very kind and very very talented, with instant success in finding my roving hidden veins. I hope that I can always get Yakyra as my phlebotomist, then I would never have to worry about getting a blood test done. Thank you, Yakyra! 4. There were elderly people who had troubles signing up for test on the waiting room computers and someone from the office came out to help. That is what truly caring staff does! 5. I was in and out in minutes and would go back to this place when need any more tests done. Thank you to all for such an easy experience!....”

“I went on a Thursday morning without an appointment. I put $1.25 in the meter and went inside. I didn’t wait long at all. Did a set check in on the kiosk and was called to the window within 5 mins. The registrar/lab tech confirmed my info and took me straight back. She handed me urinalysis cup, I handled my business, came out signed my name and that was it. The whole process took me 15 mins. I highly recommend this location but can’t say what the wait times are during other times of the year.”

“Called on Wednesday. No hold. Appointment was easily set up for Thursday. They took my credit card info but did not charge it.On Thursday, the Nurse kept me posted ahead of time on her arrived. Nurse arrived and took a swab and answered all my questions pleasantly.Test results were emailed on Friday!My Credit Card was charged AFTER I received my test results.Amazing service. I didn’t have to hold initially when I called. My questions were answered to the point.I was very worried at first because of the negative reviews, which I feel bad about. However, I didn’t have much time and a test was needed ASAP. They were one of my only choices. I thought I would just go ahead and book it and hope the reviews were isolated incidents. I was right. Thank you Speedy Sticks!!”
