“Took my kid for a blood test here and FYI: they have the vein finder! Kid did not need it though as the phlebotomist was AMAZING. I would recommend a stronger parent to go with the kid though because you have to put the child on your lap while the phlebotomist does her thing. She was a magician, and service was quick since I had made the appointment online, which I highly recommend.”

“It so quick! We were in and out in 5-10 minutes. We spoke to the doctor virtually and the nurse gave my son the rapid pcr test. In less than an hour the doctor called with the results and got an email. They emailed the results to the school nurse too. Highly recommend!!!”

“I was there today morning. They open at 7am, but I only got to do my blood test done at 8:10am. There are ppl, so be ready to wait.
However, the lady who was taking my test, she is absolutely amazing, these 5 stars for her! I even didn’t notice the needle in my vein!!”

I will absolutely come back here any time I need urgent care in the future. The receptionist was also very friendly and helped walk me through the online check in process.”
“This place is amazing, I scheduled for a dna testing with a lady name ms Yvonne she’s the supervisor and she was amazing very nice spoken, and she booked my appointment and scheduled the appointment with ms Angela she was a very nice well spoken lady, I asked her some questions and she answered all my questions in a nice polite way. We went on a Wednesday and we got our test today on Monday 12:22pm, I highly recommended this place. If u guys need a dna test done this is the perfect place to come to, the price is worth it all! Thank u ms Yvonne and ms Angela for all u help!”
“This is my third time to this location. The staff is always patient and welcoming. However, this time it was all booked up and I could not get an appointment so I was a walk in expecting to wait for an hour. They put me in between appointments and I only waited five minutes! The technician was so wonderful and accommodating. I love it when someone knows what they’re doing when they draw blood. Totally painless.”

“I had the most pleasant experience having my blood work done at this place. I care most about bedside manner, kindness, and efficiency. This location is excellent. I would recommend making an appointment online before going. It is small and many people come for walk-ins but the staff remain calm and friendly despite the high level of people that come in. The staff speak fluent English and fluent Spanish and are incredibly nice. I had to wait a few minutes with an appointment and once I went in the bloodwork took maybe 5-10 minutes total. They are FAST and efficient. Thank you to the people at this location for all their hard work.”

“My doctor recommended I have three x-rays, two ultrasounds and a CT scan, which I was able to have scheduled the next morning. (I was so happy to be scheduled so quickly, as I was very nervous!) Everyone, including the ladies at the front desk, especially Yolanda, were all so kind and even got me in for two additional tests that I needed. The technicians and nurses went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, especially Irene and Karen. Dr. Maklansky was so kind to me when he discussed my results with me. The best part was receiving my (good) test results so quickly after I had the tests completed! I highly recommend NYMI for any imaging testing you need to have performed!”

“I don’t know why people are angry about this place but this is my to-go labcorp. This time, I didn’t have the time to make an appointment because it’s overnight order. I just showed up and checked in on the kiosk with my ID. Was called to the reception after minutes and lab order and insurance got verified. Asked to wait in the exam room and got everything done within 15 minutes. Parking is also validated. Quick in quick out.”
“Honestly, I was suspicious of this place when I walked in. One woman was running the place by herself, checking people in & also doing bloodwork. I was in & out in 10 minutes, I told the technician I get faint when blood is being taken & she immediately made sure I was comfortable & had what I needed. She gave me ice to keep my body cold & also brought something for me to put my feet up since this location doesn’t provide recliner chairs for people who need it. She asked if I needed water or a snack, and then proceeded to distract me & talk to me while drawing blood quickly. Giselle was her name I believe! It’s not the most impressive establishment but can get the job done quickly & easily”
