“We went to the location on third Avenue and 96th St.…The service was great…I made an appointment for 3 PM…And I arrived one hour early in case of a wait…I was so happy to see that there was no wait…I came with my four children to be tested…I was so very happy that they were willing to do the test on my children who’s ages ranging from six years old to 12 years old…I wish I knew the young man’s name who did their swaps…He was very nice to them, and very reassuring to them…He did an exceptional job with them… I am very pleased with the service…Our results came back within the timeframe that they said the results would come back…24 to 48 hours…our results were back in 28 hours…I was so happy and relieved…I would recommend this laboratory to anyone who is looking for a professional and comforting Covid testing experience for their children..”

“This place is amazing, I scheduled for a dna testing with a lady name ms Yvonne she’s the supervisor and she was amazing very nice spoken, and she booked my appointment and scheduled the appointment with ms Angela she was a very nice well spoken lady, I asked her some questions and she answered all my questions in a nice polite way. We went on a Wednesday and we got our test today on Monday 12:22pm, I highly recommended this place. If u guys need a dna test done this is the perfect place to come to, the price is worth it all! “i have been filling my prescriptions at nucare for many years. they have a friendly and prompt delivery service after 3pm daily. the delivery man has been with them for years and is friendly and courteous. cindy at the counter is super sweet and accomodating. mike the pharmacist is knowledgable and approchable. this pharmacy or as my mother would call it "drug store" has an old school neighborhood feel that rarely exists anymore.”

Perhaps there should have been a big sign with instructions so that people know. This site is extremely busy and should have more people on staff. The receptionist and the phlebotomist were very professional.”

Got there and was told I need a code (didn’t even get the email from the identity verification company). She directed me calmly what to do and I was able to get it resolved and not have to wait hours to be seen. She was also dealing with several other patients while she was helping me.”

“Excellent client service. I was attended to by Noemi, I didn't have to wait almost anything for them to call me and prepare me for the service. In my case they had to draw a lot of blood, and the staff (Noemi) made sure I stayed hydrated by providing me with water. I was even asked to wait a few minutes before leaving to anticipate any problems that may entail drawing a large amount of blood for analysis. Everyone was friendly, empathetic, and professional. The best labcorp in New York./Excellent costumer service. I was attended by Noemi, I didn't have to wait at all for them to call me and prepare me. In my case, they had to draw a lot of blood, Noemi made sure that I stayed hydrated by giving me water. They even asked me to stay for a few minutes before leaving to anticipate any problem that comes when there's a large amount of blood being drawn. All of them were warm, professional and kind. “Some of the most pleasant staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They explained everything and made sure the whole experience was as fast, seamless, and easy as possible. Based on how apologetic one staff member was for a 15 minute wait, I get the feeling they deal with a lot of very grumpy impatient customers. It took me 2 hour commute to get here, and it was totally worth it. Keep it up, guys!”

“There's a lunch break from 2 - 3 pm, according to the employee I spoke to (male). If you are a walk-in, you should get there no later than 5 pm (on a weekday). The employee (male) was very nice, and my experience was good. (FYI, there is a TV in the waiting room.)”

“I live on the upper West side but this was the area I chose to go to because I could just take the 96 street crosstown bus and then walk a few blocks down. The place is very small but I got there about a half hour too early and this lovely technician took my information before I even had a chance to check in with the kiosk and then took me immediately after and the whole thing took about 10 minutes and then I was out, so it went really really well and she was very pleasant. The place could use a little spritzing up and look a little more cheerful is all really I have to say as far as improvements because the place is very small so if there are a lot of people, you might want to choose to wait outside.”

I go for blood work once a month and I always know it will be a good experience when I see her. For someone that doesn’t love getting blood drawn, she really makes the experience a great one. “I've been here twice. Very different experiences each time. The first night was fine. Room was quiet, I slept okay, which is about as well as I ever sleep. The tech was fantastic, so that really helped. I didn't love sharing a bathroom with the other patients and having to walk out in the hall with all the electrodes to get there.The second time my room faced the street and it was awful. I could hear everything outside all night. No sleep at all, so I have no idea why their sensors thought I had any. Same tech though, and again, he made it acceptable because he is awesome.I have very mixed feelings about this facility. The high mark is mostly because both the tech and the other people I've dealt with have been nothing but kind and competent and accommodating, even though the place itself could definitely use some improvement.”

This place is phenomenal. It's a great place for teachers to take their classes on a field trip. If you want to visit I suggest you contact their main office and speak to someone. It's definitely a learning experience!”

“I had to get my blood drawn today before my doctor appointment in a few weeks and Jacqueline was very efficient and friendly. I couldn't have any coffee or breakfast before my blood drawn but Jacqueline made me feel comfortable and it was over before I knew it. Also I forgot the paperwork for the scripts so I had to return home to get them (my appointment was 8:30 AM and I had gotten there at 7:40 AM). Afterwards I went to Starbucks and had my breakfast and well deserved coffee.”
“In a raggedy run down building but the kiosk check in is straightforward, I was brought in prior to my appointment time and done in less than 10 minutes . The phlebotomist whose name I didn't catch did an excellent job finding my vein, sometimes it takes a couple tries to find a good one when I get blood drawn. There's a Quest right down the block from me so I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but they didn't have availability when I wanted it and this one did - and it was also on my way to where I work on Mondays.”
