“I called Kenny on the phone, he put me completely at ease. We met the next morning. I explained how & why I wanted my sister's manuscript printed into a simple book form since her passing in Oct. My intent was to pass it on to close family & friends. Her experience in 2005 being run over by a company pick up truck changed her life for the next 20 yrs as she faced a court case, continuing to enjoy life, her determination to maintain her health even though she could sense it deteriorating. I wanted to incorporate relevant photos. Kenny was so solicitous and sympathetic, he had tears in his eyes and his ongoing texting was more than appreciated. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day.
