The location cannot be beat, with subways, a grocery store, and tons of restaurants nearby, and is just minutes from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge Park. The building offers a really nice community with great neighbors. The residential amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor sundeck, and homes with high ceilings and stunning views. The staff and management are consistently praised as fantastic, caring, supportive, professional, and a great asset. The leasing team prioritizes tenants in finding the right fit. Tenants report no issues with sounds or pests and highly recommend it as a New York home.
