“I recently had an issue with my sink. The hole formed in the pipe, Needless to say water was everywhere. This occurred on a Sunday. I was informed that staff had left for the day. I assumed that the issue would not be handle until Monday. Moments after I put in a maintanance request Pedro was at my door. He expedited the request. Pedro kept me informed of everything which needed to the done as he ventured in and out of the unit to get various parts and supplies. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. Such a great job!”
“I’ve had a great experience living here! The management team is friendly and responsive, and the maintenance staff is efficient and professional. The building is well-maintained and usually very quiet, which I really appreciated. Both the move-in and move-out processes were smooth and well-organized.”
“We moved here in July 2023, and it's been awesome. The location just a block from the subway, near tons of restaurants, and midway between Fort Greene Park and Prospect Park; the sunlight through our east-facing, sixth-floor windows; the incredible soundproofing; the high-end appliances; amenities that we use regularly like the pet spa — all wonderful. The best feature, though, is the staff. Whether it's the lobby, the mailroom, maintenance, or whatever, they're all super friendly and helpful.”

The Management company (Greystar) are great - very responsive and helpful with any issues. Our doorman Steve is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and he makes the building feel like home. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the building to prospective tenants.”
“Spring creek is one of the best when I first moved here in the summer and on the weekends it was a little noise but it’s very calm they have amazing events that are so fun. The only thing is sometimes they get the mail mixed up.other than that me and my family love it here.”

“I’ve lived here since 2020 and have experienced a few management changes over the years. I’ve always been impressed with the concierge and maintenance teams — they’re consistently attentive and helpful. That said, the current management team truly stands out. The building feels noticeably better maintained, and I’ve really enjoyed the addition of the Tulu vending machine in the lobby, as well as the increase in resident activities.
I’ve worked Sammy, the Assistant Property Manager, on several occasions from lease-related questions to maintenance requests. He’s always been responsive, professional, and great about following through. This team absolutely deserves a shout-out, and I’d confidently recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-run community.”
“The Brooklyner is a great place to live, and I’ve had a really solid overall experience here. What really stands out to me is the staff—they’re truly the backbone of the building.
The front desk team is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Peter in particular is someone you see often in the mornings, and he genuinely makes people feel at home with how kind and professional he is.
The maintenance team is also excellent. The building uses a service request system, which I initially thought might slow things down, but it’s actually very organized and efficient. I submitted a request for an issue with my sink and mentioned it to Anthony and Jose as well. They took it seriously right away and had my sink fully replaced in under 24 hours, which really impressed me.
Management is also very responsive and attentive. John and Carolina clearly care about residents and do a great job keeping things running smoothly. John in particular went above and beyond when I had an issue—he made sure everything was fully resolved and really advocated on my behalf.
Overall, it’s a well-managed building with a strong team that genuinely cares about the resident experience. It may not be the newest building on the block forever, but with the level of care from the staff and management, it definitely continues to feel that way in all the ways that matter.”
“I would really love to only speak of the building and my love for its architecture, views, amenities and the wonderful front desk employees but I truly came here to speak on the horrific treatment of the package room attendant. He has continuously returned my packages. I see him exude politeness to the white folk and immediately become assertive and aggressive when he sees black people. He has shown no compassion at all with receiving work equipment and so much more. I am not sure why they continue to allow his employment here. It’s disgusting.”

“The concierge staff Kenyon, Miasia, Fatmina, Rafael, Jonnard . There all welcoming when they Greet you as you come into the building. There all polite and very helpful when needed.”
