180 Montague Apartments is a well-maintained building in a desirably located Brooklyn Heights neighborhood, surrounded by history, culture, and recreation. The location cannot be beat, with subways, a grocery store, and tons of restaurants nearby, and is just minutes from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge Park. The building offers a really nice community with great neighbors. The residential amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor sundeck, and homes with high ceilings and stunning views. The staff and management are consistently praised as fantastic, caring, supportive, professional, and a great asset. The leasing team prioritizes tenants in finding the right fit. Tenants report no issues with sounds or pests and highly recommend it as a New York home.
I’m really sorry to have to leave this building because my time there’s been wonderful. It’s very convenient and the concierge team and office team are just so, so friendly and accommodating. Great place to live in Brooklyn Heights, and I would highly encourage.
