the wait time to pick up the car was over one hour. the line could not have moved slower if someone tried. each individual person took 20 minutes to get their vehicle and the waiting area was a cross between a green house and a sauna. I felt my rage building by the minute.

Please read hidden information from this store. You think you got a good deal with unlimited miles, but if you read the small print, it says only in NY, PA, or NJ. If you go other states, do yourself a favor and use a company that gives you unrestricted UNLIMITED miles.

We loose one day in our travel because the employer from Ace didn't tell us that they don't have any baby seat....and she was not proffesional at all,and she didn't give any solutions or other possibilities
