“Rented from this Greenpoint Enterprise location twice, and both times everything was excellent. Picking up the car was super fast, and returning it was just as quick and easy. My only recommendation is to call ahead to make sure the vehicle you want is available and let them know approximately when you’ll arrive.
A special thanks to the young blond guy who helped me both times (I wish I remembered his name). He was professional, and incredibly efficient. The whole process took just a few minutes each time. Great customer service—I’ll definitely rent from this location again!”

“My go to car rental spot in Manhattan! Good location and smooth experience. Debra(rep), Bionny (branch manager) & Thomas (regional manger for location) are all super helpful. They offer a wide selection of cars at good rates (specially if you have a corporate discount). You can return a car after hours and drop off keys in lock box. Only thing I would say is that they give you car at let’s say 1/2 gas tank and you need to fill it up at same level for return which is often tricky to do.”
