“My church rented a luxury 15-passenger high top van last week from the Brooklyn location and the entire experience was with top notch professional customer service! Debbie was pleasant and very informative when explaining the $200 deposit hold and the additional $200 charged in case of tolls and speed/red light camera violations. The security deposit is returned upon return of the vehicle if there are no damages. The toll/camera $200 charge will be held for 30 days to allow time for any charges to appear. Credits will then go in effect if no tolls / violations occurred. Special thanks also goes to George, who was very helpful when I returned the van. It is such a pleasure dealing with exceptional customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this company and this convenient location near the Pennsylvania Ave Belt Parkway exit.”

“I return my car here. Process of returning a car is not as fast is normal Hertz returns at seen. Also the location is too far from the airport so you better plan at least 15 minutes for the ride to the airport. There are shuttle services to the airport so nothing to worry about there.”

“Rented for the first time w/ EZ Rental in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and had a very positive experience. The manager Ruth was so nice and helpful. I rented a car for Thanksgiving and it was quite busy, but instead of making me wait a long time, Ruth gave me a free upgrade to an available car. The car was clean and well maintained. Upon returning the rental, I realized I had filled up the gas way more than what was required, and I was given a partial refund against my rental which I thought was very thoughtful --many other rental car places would just take the free gas and not do anything for their customers! Overall, very pleased and would definitely rent again from this location!”
