I can only give 1star to this location and it goes to Anna Pesina. At least she wasn't rude or try to tell me off but couldn't solve the problem or it was not in her power. This location has the most useless, rudest branch manager who will tell you " the case is closed" not willing to look into a problem in details and contact another organization. She told me that my mother account isn't any of my business even though I am on my mom's account and have been trying to help her solve the problem for her for the past 4 month. This so called branch manager can only turn her back on you and say just like that that the case is closed! LOL , its closed for her but remained unexplained and open for me. So unprofessional and indifferent!

I've been this bank's customer for over 10 years and generally never had any problems here. But this year the situation changed. About a month ago I stopped by the bank to notarize a letter. I knew there's a notary working there whose services are free for anyone with an Apple account. To my surprise I was told that the notary wasn't there. I tried again on a different day -- same result. Finally, at my third attempt I was told that the notary was on a vacation coming back in a week. When I tried the last time (today) I was told that the notary is working whenever she pleases and that although I can stop by again there's never going to be a guarantee that I'll ever be served. The lady I was speaking with (a branch manager? customer services specialist?) concluded her speech with "well, what can you demand from people, we're all just living beings". I never ever had such response in any sort of professional environment in this country before.

The rudest stuff I ever met. they are incompetent employees that CANNOT help you with anything and "don't" have access to certain things. they are have no education at all of how to talk to people or how to do their job.
