Not enough words to express how helpful and kind this team is. I have had my catalytic converter stolen twice in one year and they were able to help me out both times. Kathy and the crew made an incredibly unpleasant situation more manageable by being responsive and supportive. They helped with a separate issue that arose and even kept my car safe for 9 months while waiting for a replacement. You will not be disappointed working with these folks. I originally took my car to a shop where it sat for 47 days, only to be returned in worse condition than before. There were glass shards inside, the bumper was scratched, my convertible top wouldn’t work, and the car shook at high speeds, making weird popping noises. Even worse, they missed a broken transmission mount that was causing hard shifting and steering issues.
Frustrated, I took my car to Auto Group Collision, and they immediately found the broken transmission mount the previous shop completely overlooked. Thanks to their thorough inspection and quality work, my car no longer shakes or makes weird noises, and it drives smoothly again. I’m so relieved they fixed the problems the first shop couldn’t! Highly recommend Auto Group Collision for doing the job right.

I will never ever come here again they lost my key trying too say I lost a brand new key this will be my last time if it was a negative I will gave you -5 your service horrible I would never recommend going here they got 6000 for me and my car insurance and somehow still didn't do the correct work do not bring your car they will take advantage of you and your insurance and I will be telling my insurance im not happy with my work do not recommend me or anyone I knoe cause they will make u feel uncomfortable so do not bring car I will be getting a replacement key cause they lost my Brand new key golve compartment...Bad service worst place in coney island

My car was dented in on the R passenger side when it was parked overnight on the street. Progressive gave me a list of auto body shops and despite this shop being out of the way, I'm glad I decided to come to this place. They updated me about the repair timeline (parts order, shipping, repair time) and even cleaned the car before I came to pick it up. The repair looked great and would recommend this shop to anyone who's looking & asking themself, should I come here despite it being a little further out? Answer is yes.

This was my first time utilizing this collision shop for their services and I must say that they did an excellent job on the designated area of my car which required a repair. They even give me some money for Car Wash since they weren’t able to get the car washed due to Friday. The representative Kathryn was so patient with me and was very respectful every time I had called to ask for the status. I would not wish that you get into any accident but if you unfortunately do, I would highly recommend this repair shop to get your vehicle repaired.

Had a fender bender. They did a beautiful job: all repairs, and even washed and detailed the car as well as diagnostics. They didn’t charge for storing the car for the time it took for the insurance to do its due diligence.
