Bay Ridge Rx Specialty Pharmacy is a very friendly and warm-hearted environment where the staff treat customers like family. The pharmacists and staff are professional, kind, patient, and very helpful. They go above and beyond for their customers, are enjoyable to work with, and are very informative. The pharmacy provides great service, working with people on payments and helpfully reminding them of ready refills. This level of customer care makes it one of the best pharmacies in the area, highly recommended as better than big corporate chains.

I began to use this pharmacy when it first opened and got to know the two brothers who own and operate it. I’m so grateful for the Pharmacist at Bay Ridge Rx who went above and beyond for me, while being KIND and patient. Big corporate chains simply can’t compete with this level of customer care.
