Brooklyn General Store is a fantastic and delightful yarn store, considered by many the best in NYC. The selection is really great and fantastic, featuring many yarns, harder to find options, excellent notions, a wonderful button selection, and varied, beautiful fabrics. The super cool space has a great aesthetic and vibes. While some note it can be a little pricey, it is found to be worth the money. The employees are consistently described as so kind, helpful, super friendly, gracious, patient, sweet, polite, and courteous. Customers love supporting the business and often plan to return.

Lovely store where you will find alot of beautiful beautiful wool, and knitting related products. They also carry fabric but to a lesser degree. The restroom is a must see.
