Based on customer reviews, Brooklyn Hardware Supply Co. is a neighborhood store with a very polite and friendly staff. The salesman is extremely organized and a one-man show. The store offers a pretty deep selection of plumbing parts and a good electrical selection. Customers can find everything from bulbs to steel wool and an AC adapter. Some items are placed up high, and the organizational system can make it a little tough to find things. Prices are a bit higher, but the service is excellent. The staff provides incredibly helpful assistance, and a young man helped one customer with a smile. A technician also came after hours to replace a lock, giving a family peace of mind. Most of the time, parking is available in front of the shop.
I’ve come here many times for many different things and he has always been very helpful. Not sure what the negative reviews are about! At least no one is smoking cigars in here like the one down the street 😂

I was looking for a small trowel and some gardening gloves, and the young man working there helped me find everything with a smile. Very polite staff. Nice to see good customer service again in the neighborhood!
