I cannot say enough amazing things about Carlos at Mazzone Ace Hardware! He truly went above and beyond in a way you rarely see anymore.
I came in looking for a key solution, and instead of just selling me something standard, Carlos came up with a genius idea: he figured out a way to switch out the lock so I could use the existing keys I had already purchased.
To top it all off, he actually skipped his own lunch just to make sure my keys were cut perfectly (200 of them) and I was taken care of. He is incredibly generous, sweet, and a absolute lifesaver. Mazzone Ace Hardware has a customer for life thanks to Carlos. If you need anything, go see him!”
“I mean, this is a place that understands what customers are and how to serve them. Every time I go in I get what a hotel or a high-end clothing boutique would advertise as 'concierge service' or 'personal shopping provided' but here it's just someone who's interested in listening to my problem, examining whatever I brought with me, making helpful suggestions, disappearing into the bolt archives for 5 mins, and coming back and charging me like $4.38 for a sale they just spent 10 minutes of their time on.
You can get someone to help you at Lowes or Home Depot, but you can't assume they're gonna do so in a way that makes it clear they want you to keep coming back. I will keep going back to Greschler's”

“The staff here is very helpful and they are well stocked. You usually expect to pay alot more when you go to these local shops but that is not the case and even if I had to it would be worth it because of the helpful staff. Only issue is it doesnt come up when u go to true value site to search for your local store.”

“Friendly staff and a range of items for home repairs and other projects. While I only needed an anchor and some hooks, the folks were quick to show me a few options and the items were well priced. If I need keys or other home repair supplies, I’ll be sure to come back. (And the anchor / hooks worked well for the disco ball hanging).”

“I stopped in to figure out a solution to mount my TV mount to drywall or metal studs. The shopkeeper was very patient listening to what I had tried so far and to my plan, and he offered helpful suggestions. He found screws and washers that were perfect for my situation, and after placing a handful in my hand he told me that I was good to go. I insisted on paying but he insisted that it was fine. Very nice and helpful!! :)”

She is always helping me find the paint that best suits my needs be it a new design in my customer's apartment or some faux finish paint for restoration. I would definately recommend this place”

“I recently stopped by W.R. Paint Supply and just had to leave a review! Arthur is an absolute pro when it comes to copying keys—they work perfectly on the very first try. On top of that, he’s incredibly friendly, always smiling, and a really sharp-dressed guy. It makes popping into the store a total pleasure, and us ladies definitely appreciate it! ;) The customer service is simply top-notch, and you can really tell he’s the right person for the job. Highly recommend!

He is so knowledgeable about most home and even commercial repairs or installations that its a place you can trust. Anyone with an issue can get the advice and help to tackle any job no matter your skill level. Its well worth the extra buck or two for materials because you actually have someone that knows about the jobs you need to do and the materials needed. You go to home depot and all you get is a shrug and or sorry I can't help you that's another department”
