Poor customer service...like it's hard for them to help, there are people who need help 😫

It has lousy customer service. Associates are not attentive to the customers needs. Has to go to another branch in the city. (34th St) which they were very attentive, courteous and respectful. They resolved my concerns right away.

Too many people out there in need of a job. Please hire more tellers.. 7 windows and only two are used to assist the long line of people.
