“I usually do not write reviews, however, I wanted to commend the professionalism and service of Makeida, the Assistant Branch Manager at the Flatbush location. She helped me get my account out of the negative because I was having issues with depositing at an ATM, explained everything in a way I could understand, and helped me close out my account and issued a check for the remaining balance same-day. I would give 6/5 stars but unfortunately since I am unable this review will have to suffice.”

During an important transaction involving a large bank check, the manager immediately caught and corrected a teller’s mistake, showing exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. His accuracy gave me full confidence in the security of my transaction.
Beyond a firm commitment to providing top-notch banking services, the manager's extraordinary kindness and quick thinking when I unintentionally left my cell phone at the branch truly touched me. His ability to deduce my whereabouts (probably he has superpowers), take the initiative, and personally return my phone speaks volumes about his dedication, intelligence, and integrity. Such initiative is a rare quality and a testament to his remarkable character.
It is not every day that one encounters a professional with both a sharp mind and a generous heart. His actions not only reflect his strong work ethic but also highlight the exceptional leadership and customer-focused approach that make Apple Bank a trusted institution.

“I had a major issue with some expired credit cards. I called my website provider and payment gateway service but they were unable to help me. Once I called BAMS, my payment processor Alex left me feeling confident they would be able to help me recover expired funds. Sure enough, less than 5 days later, they managed to recover a good portion of it. They kept me updated throughout and provided a clear spreadsheet for me to follow up with. I’m very happy with the service I recieved and the knowledge and understanding they applied to fix my particular problem. I should have called them sooner!
