Time listening to my issues and concerns
It was closing time at the bank I kept telling her I of go since it closing time
She re assured me it okay customer comes frist
She went ahead to make sure my needs where met then she told me I have some amazing offer from MUC I told her I wasn’t interested due my pass rejections
She continue to resure me this time was different I said know
Then she continue to explain to me the offers that would benefit me I agree and took the offer in less that 24hours I was approved and my journey became easier since

“My husband and I and issue with our checking account . Someone had change all the details on one of our checks we sent in the mail to pay our rent. I was beside myself and couldn’t believe what had happened. I went to Apple Bank my bank branch 48 located on 86th street in Brooklyn, ny. The staff there May Cheung,Osmond Lam, Kimberly Chelo,Vera Ciulla and Alla Fuks are top notch staff. They advised that I wasn’t the only one this happened to unfortunately they have had other customers with the same problem. They were swift to take care of everything that needed to be done. Helping me navigate all that needed to be done to take care of the problem. My husband and I love banking there because they really do care about their customers. Osmond Lam has even has made us aware of us changing our account to one where we are earning more interest. To me that is going above and beyond. Every employee has helped us in one way or another and they treat you so nice. Every time we go there it’s like visiting family that’s how they make you feel. “I had a major issue with some expired credit cards. I called my website provider and payment gateway service but they were unable to help me. Once I called BAMS, my payment processor Alex left me feeling confident they would be able to help me recover expired funds. Sure enough, less than 5 days later, they managed to recover a good portion of it. They kept me updated throughout and provided a clear spreadsheet for me to follow up with. I’m very happy with the service I recieved and the knowledge and understanding they applied to fix my particular problem. I should have called them sooner! Also, they are always very helpful getting me thru my PCI compliance check every year. Thanks BAMS!”
