From the moment you enter everyone was pleasant and helpful, security, bank greeter and tellers all were business like and courteous. Ms. Wanda was exceptional, very knowledgeable and thorough. Clean environment.

It's okay could be better. They used to have staff help others waiting in line when lines are long to make things move quicker. Don't know why they stop doing that
