What’s the point of having ATMs meant for late night usage if the card scanner never works to open the door?! At least be like the other banks in the area and have an outdoor ATM instead of being useless. It’s like this always happens when it’s time to pay rent, this is extremely upsetting.

Worst bank ever, they had asked for id for me to get checks didn’t give me back my license so I left without realizing it & called me up saying they had it, when I came back to get it they informed me they shredded it!! Will be closing all of my accounts there
