I have never experienced racism like this before until visiting this chase location. I tried to make a withdrawal which they flagged my account and stated they could not allow me to take out the money. I called chase customer service bank while at this location and chase themselves stated there’s no alert on my account or suspicious activity and they were unsure why they wouldn’t allow me to take out my money. The manager Carvet Marie Brown was extremely rude to me. While talking to her explaining the issue and my frustrations she cut me off multiple times mid sentence. I explained to her that my surgeons assistant informed me that I couldn’t give them $50 bills and asked her to exchange them. Her response was “get this girl her 20s and whatever so she can get out of here”. I was in the phone with my mother at the time and I stated to my mother “After this I want to close my account they gave me such a hard time” the lady Carvet then screamed “so let’s close the account then let’s close it right now” I stated to her I was speaking to my mother and her response again was “well i’m speaking to you directly”. I said wow you are being so rude to me since I walked in you guys have been rude to me and even holding my own money hostage. I told her I did not feel comfortable returning to this location to pick up my foreign currency and asked for it to be canceled. She screamed at security to have me escorted. I was not rude to this lady one time. I came in and the intitial teller which i’m unsure of her name but she was a white lady with glasses and brown hair. She was disregarding me treating me unfairly. As a black person I would not come to this location. Although, the manager is black herself she was extremely dismissive of me. The teller treated me like I was not entitled to my own money.

The atms at this location usually don't work or else barely have functionality. There's tons of bankers yet almost nobody helping customers. Bankers don't greet customers. No wonder it's always empty.

Everything is moving too slowly, and some employees are unresponsive. The security guard is more helpful, than some other staff. He is really nice and ready to help, and helped women who carried stroller to open the doors. As a client of another branch, I find this office less client-oriented. Outside ATM doesn’t work.

Large female teller raised her voice and me and my husband. Do not go here. All the staff seems miserable.

After seeing many reviews like mine. Maybe it’s time for a new branch manager Chase? ATMs rarely work. Amongst what everyone else says with your staff.

People a rude and dont even try to help. I didnt want to even ask names because when you’re rude to the point you tell someone come back with another check, didnt even try to run the authentication code through the system. Like what if my kids were hungry, or my rent was due. I have to suffer at the consequences of someone else clearly NOT trying to do their job. Lets get it together people

Broken ATMs, busted card reader entry doors and security guards that seem to only be guarding their phones. Chase has taken a nose dive in recent years.

The one star is solely reflecting a teller named Patricia or Patrycja Wojcik's customer service. Her attitude and condescending tone were absolutely appalling.

The service people at this branch are the nicest I have encountered so far. They usually have 2-3 active tellers, and "most" of the time "my" wait times were short.
However, the speed of service could vary depending on whether all tellers are available and actively assisting customers. At times, they may not be operating at full capacity, which is an aspect that could be improved.
The branch has 6 ATMs available during the day and 3 after hours (including the one outside the bank on the street).

This bank is AWESOME!!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So cheerful and appreciated there I didn't want to leave. Only thing missing was free coffee and doughnuts! Bank teller Patrycja Wojcik is the BEST!!! We both love coffee lol.

I stopped by because I wanted to open a new account. It was less than an hour left before closing time but the manager who assisted me seemed to not want to work and asked me to come back another time. Security guard was very nice. He knew customers and greeted everyone. The Caucasian manager should learn from him.
