Idk why the reviews are low. ATMs avail during off business hrs and inside also during business hours. Staffs - both manager and tellers are nice and friendly

I bought a Certified Check here , my check was stolen and I tried to STOP Payment on it. They told me nothing could be done. Second time I bought one for upwards of 10 k and it was mysteriously stolen again. And once again they were less than helpful. NO COINCIDENCE. FRAUD / SCAM ALERT !!!!!
