I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at Chase Bank, specifically with banker Norris A. Ellis, Jr. Over several weeks, attempts to process power of attorney on my father's account have been met with repeated misinformation and time wasted. Despite three visits, it appears this task is beyond Norris's job scope. A reevaluation of his training on processes is essential to prevent further customer time wastage. Unfortunately, due to this incompetence, I won't be returning to Chase Bank.

I don’t want to go to this branch because the tellers and the floor employees manners aren’t welcoming.The Staff that was there after the take over were replaced former Washington Mutual employees were slowly and surely gone and since then the professional attitude utterly GONE!

It’s ridiculous that one may mot access the atmwhen the branch is closed. Earlier in the pandemic I was told that it was a door issue. 19 mos later it’s still an issue. One may not access the atm. It’s quite ridiculous and inconvenient bc now I have to fish for another location.

I’m customer Chase bank for 10 years. This brunch the worst I have visited. I was waiting for service about 30 minutes. Nobody shows up. Unbelievable

My business has an account with Chase. We are also in the customer service industry so we completely understand how hectic things can be, with the exception of 2 employees; who the very visibly overwork at the customer service windows,they display a clear lack of concern for the customer or their needs. If you call to order change, you can call 15, 20 times (no exaggeration) and get no answer and when you show up and wait in line with all the appropriate identification and account numbers they say they can’t help you if you don’t call before. Huh? Their “managers” have shrugged their shoulders at my coworkers and my self individually and our business has gone unserviced. On the rare chance your call is tended to, you may be met with a smiling greeter and 3 maybe 4 personal bankers standing around followed by a line out the door with one teller only to wait on that long line for 20+ minutes while the bankers talk amongst themselves watching you all wait, than get to the window after all that and they don’t have your change available! I am not a fan of this location and the way they operate.

The manager was very rude continuously cutting me off while I tried to explain my problem acting as if she didn't care to help me in the first place ... it's amazing to me how the manager of a bank can be that ill mannered while dealing with a customer seeking help. I felt like I was at a local McDonald's

Clean and neat. Everyone was pleasant and professional. No long lines. Convenient location. Accessible by public transportation. Employees recognize regular customers too. Always a plus when banking.

Nice branch, good people working inside and now the new location is looking great! It’s great that it’s in the mall and easy to get to from the main entrance. Chase banks always have great people and facilities.

I am being waiting for an hour for the notary public and seems like nobody cares at all about it. I have multiple business and personal accounts with chase. Do yourself a favor and asst least use another branch where they respect customers

My local bank, its inside a mall so they open a bit later then normal (10am) but are open later. The ATM's can get busy on the weekends but have never had them run out of money. Some of the people inside know me and treat me well. The free lollypops make waiting a bit fun. They do need better ventilation, the air is not very cool and it does get a bit stuffy.
