Very convenient if your shopping in the mall no access if mall is closed the bank was made for mall hours thats what sucks but its a plus for some minus thank you

There was only one banker; the other was out to lunch. I went shopping for a half hour and came back; then there were no bankers at all that I could see; I went home

I don’t want to go to this branch because the tellers and the floor employees manners aren’t welcoming.The Staff that was there after the take over were replaced former Washington Mutual employees were slowly and surely gone and since then the professional attitude utterly GONE!
