  Zahura Begum is super incompetent. Provided the same amount of documents to open a bank account to another branch, yet they were able to open my bank account. I was told by this lady that they didn't accept the documents I provided, and then proceeded to just type away on her computer, offering no help.

  Saturday service is horrible the greeter are very rude,if it wasn't for bibi,Felicia&other 1 lady that is respectful i would of curse they co workers all the way out especially the one with the dry fake blonde dirty dreads,if they can't deal with public FIND ANOTHER JOB
