I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the branch manager Oscar Corona who went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue. My case had previously been declined by both a customer service representative and another bank representative, but the branch manager took the time to carefully review the situation, listen to my concerns, and find a fair solution.

Doesn't answer phone calls.
Only one person can handle your account. If not available (which happens too frequently) you're stuck.

Homeless people are permanently in a hallway they are dangerous and aggressive. I’m not comfortable being around them every time I come to a cash machine.

I feel sorry for the homeless, but I am extremely uncomfortable trying to do banking when homeless are encamped in the lobby. Please get them help but respect my safety, security, and privacy when conducting sensitive business.

The Russian staff upstairs are extremely difficult and rude to the customers. Stay away from the second floor!!! They clearly not being helpful at all. The only assistance you can receive is from the tellers on the first floor who are great.

Horrible. Three employees in the entire branch. No manager on site. The wait is ridiculously long. Terrible customer service. Way under staffed.

If you do not have a scheduled appointment do not come to this place, they'll accept only those who are scheduled, whoever shows up without and an appointment will be ignored.

Always long wait only one teller. Waited 40 mins to see a customer service representative at the upstairs and didn’t help with my matter.

I’m coming here every day to make the deposit . and every time there is a huge line. They don’t care about the clients. waiting over 30 minutes just to make it a deposit. it’s going on like this for over a few months which every time I’m coming to the bank I have to wait over 20 minutes and there is only one maximum two cashiers.

CitiBank used to be a great bank and now their cervices went down in many regards. They cannot safely switch emails and keep sending information to my old email, they constanty make mistake both corporate and teller agents.
