The worse bank I’ve ever dealt with in my 28 years of dealing with banks.No one picks up the phone when you call and that’s any day of the week and any time of the day.We were sitting waiting to speak to the Eugene regarding the business money market account application. The manager informs us that we would have to wait for a particular banker because apparently neither the manager or any other banker can pickup from where Eugene started. Once Eugene was done with his current customer we were told we needed to wait for him to go to lunch. Completely wasting our time for about 1.5 hrs.Today’s visit is suppose to rectify issues that are due to their incompetence. We’ve started moving my business checking account to Chase and can’t wait to close our business checking at Citi.Completely unprofessional, disorganized with poor management skills. I look forward to cutting all ties with Citibank. Complaints to BBB, etc to come.

Absolutely impossible to get anyone at this branch to answer the phone. I’ve been calling them for months.I applied for a business money market account a couple of months ago and I was told it would take about a week and the banker would get back to me. After arriving there a few weeks later since no one ever picks up the phone I was told the banker who did my paperwork was fired and no one else was assigned to her work. That makes zero sense.They don’t respect or honor their own online appointment schedule. I’m glad I started moving my business accounts to Chase Bank. I will likely close my business checking account as well.My business needs a reliable, professional bank that I can get in contact with to help me with business related banking issues.

In this bank, i opened an account for my son and a russian lady attended me. The Lady was racist, she raised her voice many time and had no patience. My son was bothered by the treatment we had received because we are mexicans. The people after us who were american or russian i believe. And the same lady was vert respectful towards these people. She offered them a seat and was very attentive ,very patient , very nice compared to us. They should have bilingual staff that are nice and patient with every person without discrimination. I have an account with citibank for more than 15 years and the service and treatment was HORRENDOUS

An absolutely awful & rude branch. I went to transfer funds between my citibank accounts. I waited on line, asked the teller for forms. She told me they have none to give her my card. I replied that I would not, but want forms to withdraw & deposit funds, or to transfer funds. She said she had none. So i went to the second floor,. Waited ten minutes just to ask a question between people already on line. The woman i opened my accounts with told me they don't use forms in citibank. I said in that case i want to close my accounts. She said "Downstairs.". So, downstairs i went & waited on another line. Citibank will no longer get my business. In bank transactions should start with the customer's own handwriting & signature on a form, not a teller who takes your bank card from you.

We opened a savings account and were promised a cash bonus if we kept the money in for 90 days. It’s been 9 months and we never got the bonus. We’ve been trying to call and follow up with the lady that opened the account Anastasia, but it’s impossible to reach her. We contacted someone else and she said just keep waiting. I even went to the bank to speak to someone and two of the tellers took my number and promised to call me back after 2 days later after they “investigate “ what’s going on. Guess what it’s been over a week nobody called. Worst banking experience.
