The worst branch. Bad customer service. Waited a very long time. Clerks had no knowledge how to handle basic tasks. I've never received what was promised.
And....They sold my information to third parties without my knowledge and awareness.
Unacceptable.

Today I will end dealing with this bank. i had my account since 2014.
This branch is thé worst of all,
I always stop transfer a separate checking account to my citi account and have done it several times but today, the manager girl was yelling at me that she can’t.
I am done dealing with stupid people.

One day, I went to Citibank to deposit money to my account. I gave the teller more money than I was supposed to gave her, she didn’t tell me how much she counted, didn’t gave me back the extra money that I gave her, and the assistant manager didn’t gave me the real footage of the surveillance camera when I asked to watched it. They made a fake video to give me watching. Someone steal my money in Citibank and they said we must decline my request to return my 2,000 dollars.

Today, Saturday February 17th, I went to Citibank's, 86th St. Brooklyn NY branch and All ATM's were down, off-, and Monday is a holiday. WTH is going on?So, I wait an hour to get my transaction processed by the bank teller and ask about the ?. It turns out that some software update disabled the ATM's. Crazy!Why not do the upgrade on Monday when bank is closed anyway?? Duh!!This is the worst Citibank branch, I've ever used in my 20 years with Citibank. The ATM far right never works correctly, first time it ate my cash and didn't give a receipt, had to wait until bank counted cash then gave me a refund. Next time, it posted the wrong amount on my receipt, in my favor but that's not right and again nothing can be done until all money is counted. It's no wonder that ATM is always available. I won't use it again. It may be time to change banks. TD bank, Capital One, Citizens or Bank of America.

This is the only Citibank branch that gets my things done efficiently. The tellers are friendly and pleasant to work with. It almost makes me sad to close my account.
