This Citi branch provides efficient service with friendly and pleasant tellers. However, the location now has issues with individuals outside harassing customers for money. Inside, there have been instances of tellers not respecting customer privacy by announcing personal business. The branch can get very busy, with long lines on weekends. Despite these challenges, some customers find it the only branch that handles their needs efficiently and have appreciated the knowledgeable and super friendly assistance.
The staff at this Citibank branch are very friendly and pleasant, and they are helpful to all visitors. I received exceptional assistance with my inquiries from a wonderful employee, Ms. Fenglian (Fanny) Liang. I am very grateful to her and to Citibank management. I highly recommend this branch. !!!

We are not being treated properly, and no one is answering our questions. I kindly ask that your staff treat customers with respect, speak politely, and welcome them in a professional manner. I am very disappointed with Citi Bank and its employees because of the way we have been treated.

Disappointed with the service here. Long wait times, staff seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful. Tried to get a simple issue resolved but left more confused than when I walked in. Definitely not the experience I expect from a major bank
