This Citi branch provides efficient service with friendly and pleasant tellers. However, the location now has issues with individuals outside harassing customers for money. Inside, there have been instances of tellers not respecting customer privacy by announcing personal business. The branch can get very busy, with long lines on weekends. Despite these challenges, some customers find it the only branch that handles their needs efficiently and have appreciated the knowledgeable and super friendly assistance.
Disappointed with the service here. Long wait times, staff seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful. Tried to get a simple issue resolved but left more confused than when I walked in. Definitely not the experience I expect from a major bank

They need more customer service staff to assist too much wait time atleast 1 hr wait time whenever you visit the branch

The worst branch. Bad customer service. Waited a very long time. Clerks had no knowledge how to handle basic tasks. I've never received what was promised. And....They sold my information to third parties without my knowledge and awareness. Unacceptable.
