Will NEVER use Citibank ever again. All they care about is their own interests. I made a mobile deposit and they made me feel like I’m a thief committing fraud. Check cleared on the 26 of December and now 3 weeks later they still are not giving me my money. They closed my account and send they would mail my money to me in 45 days. Went to see a Manager in Atlantic terminal Brooklyn branch and thought she would be helpfull, but a phone call between her and her manager was more important then me missing my insurance bill, phone bill and money to get to work. This is not right what they can do even though i showed them all the correct paperwork, documents and security questions! 1000% DONE with Citi bank. By far the WORST bank i have ever dealt with!!!

Terrible customer service. I have emailed the representative that opened my business account almost 6 months ago. There was a cash bonus offered if requirements were met. I have met them and to this day no bonus credited to my account. I've emailed the guy and he does not respond. Ive decided to close my account. No professionalism at this branch. The tellers themselves have attitudes. Its crazy! A place of business. Should have never opened account. Not sure if it's Citibank as a whole or just the people that work this Branch. They can keep the bonus. Ive let them hold on to my money for 6 months for nothing. Not a lot of money, but it is my money. Will be closing on next business day Citibank. You can thank the representative you have working for you.

This is the worst Citibank that I have encountered and I am a customer for more than 20 years. I tired to access a block account and the team did not seem to have a clue on how to go about doing this. The teller went to the manager who never cared to come and look at my account to view the notes written. I actually had to go to another Citibank to access funds. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone. This was poor service if ever I have seen it. Shame on you.

Made appointment with a banker. He didn't show up. Didn't bother to cancel or communicate with me. Just didn't show up. I took off work. Took the subway to the branch. Only to not have my time or concern taken seriously.

Stay away from this branch. Representative tried to insist that because there was an email address that it was an "online business" inconsistent with Citibank risk policy. Both Rep and manager arrogant and inexperienced. There are much better branches.

It's crap! No wonder they call it Sh**tybank. Oh wait, that's a different bank (looking at you, M & T). This one is located at the Atlantic Terminal Mall or whatever it's called. It has an ATM and it's useful for customers and non-customers alike. It's always good when there's a pretty decent Bank location at any given Mall because you kind of need it don't you? I mean you do don't you? I mean really you do don't you? I mean it's a mall? You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? You think we need one more? OK we'll get one more.

Waited in the seating area for a personal banker to help me open a savings account...waited for a really long time while one banker was totally free and not doing much..she didn't acknowledge me at all even though I was right in her line of site, just 5 feet away. After a long time I got up and left. Will go to another branch where my business is appreciated.
