Walked in today to the wonderful experience of two unhoused men drinking vodka, on the floor, in the vestibule. Trash left on the floor by the ATM and zero acknowledgement by the staff. I have banked here for 30 years and am shocked by by how little regard is made for the customers. Truly laughable.
