Just rented a unit yesterday at the Catonsville Place Cubesmart, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience! Talid was super helpful and friendly in getting us set up and explaining how things work. It’s great to know that future trips to the unit will be a breeze! Thanks, Talid!

This is the most dishonest and money-sucking business I have encountered in my life. They get you in at one rate and then jack up the rent every six months by a ton of money. They are complete and total vultures. Stay away from this place at all costs unless you don't mind getting swindled out of your money.

I had forgotten my key to my storage unit and had driven 2.5 hours to get there.I don't the know the young man's name that works at the location on 92 Caton Place in Brooklyn but he sawed through my lock and didn't charge me extra for it!!!He was so helpful and pleasant!
