The facility is accessible (using my car which there was plenty of room for parking) but doesn't have too much foot-traffic which is good. “Loyal customer for 3+ years, Great Location with all the parking and space you need to load and unload - huge plus with the inside bays with AC and Heat. Always super clean inside and actually smells nice. The best part about this location is the staff, super friendly and will actually “help” you with questions and concerns. Everyone there is great, A BIG THANK YOU TO Justine for her help with questions and for bringing my bill down - she literally saved me $80.00 bucks a month when I mentioned I was unhappy and the price increases where getting too high - she didn’t flinch and worked her magic to ensure I was happy. “I don’t leave reviews but this place deserves it. I was helped my Shaquan the manager. He gave me a tour of the building, showed me multiple size options and walked me through the move in process which was less than 10 minutes. Great experience overall and would definitely recommend.”
“Storage location does the job and rates are reasonable. They have a big dock which is convenient with bigger moving trucks. The facility feels a bit old and the elevators are a bit inconvenient, so try to avoid the 3M floor. The staff are really helpful and attentive. Mike helped us with everything we needed!”

“I work for a company that needed the CEO's 12ft high sculpture moved from NY to Dallas. (by the way it's still in transit) They did an excellent job and were definitely one of the more affordable services. We are super happy with every experience we had. Even when I called their office, my contact person wasn't there (cause I called before 9 am), but a different guy kindly said she would be in 20 minutes, and he was happy to take my question if he could answer it. I'd def. recommend their service.”
