Definitely understaffed (someone needs to be available just for the job of unlocking the shelves all day) and subject to some inventory issues, but compared to the nearby Rite Aid right now, this is practically a garden of Eden. The staff who are there I found to be kind, especially in the pharmacy. Brendan was patient and polite as he handled my last-minute change-up getting vaccines.

Came to the pharmacy at 9 am to bring my mother Rx for her medication for her heart. Called 2 twice, and they said they were working on it.. called again at 1:30pm told them I would get off work at 4 pm and make my way up there to get her medicine. Get here, and the girl is telling me that it is a 30-minute wait. They are still working on it. Like you had all day, and this medicine is still not ready. RIDICULOUS

It's Sunday pharmacy opens at 11am there not open its 11.15 am they never pick up phone no more got to leave message it's getting worse have to find another way

Staff and pharmacy staff are completely unhelpful
Pharmacy staff is unfamiliar with basic things which makes your visit longer and less productive. The excuse given is “I’m still a student” or “we don’t carry that” to get people out of their face instead of actually helping. I was told “we don’t carry that” which was a lie used to dismiss me and then when I went to ask to make a complaint I was dismissed again. The workers here are allowed to be passive aggressive to customers and no one holds them accountable.

Speaking of the inventory of the store itself (not the pharmacy), this CVS is miles ahead of some of the nearby ones, like the other Court St store and the Flatbush Ave one. This one has lots of breads in stock, eggs and other grocery items.
I will update when I shop for other things but so far I’m pleased.

Untrained, poorly treated staff mistreat customers in understaffed store. CVS is great for extracting profit from our community and offering exactly zero. Avoid, unless you love unaccountable monopolies.

Please have Cole rewarded for the nicest and most knowledgeable employee along with Bonnie the best pharmacist. My favorite store employee is Malik. He knows how to handle difficult situations. The best CVS is on Henry Street in Brooklyn.
