This CVS is often understaffed and has some inventory issues, leading to routinely epic wait times for prescriptions. However, compared to nearby pharmacies, it is practically a garden of Eden. The store's general inventory is comprehensive and miles ahead of other local locations, with lots of breads, eggs, and grocery items in stock. The staff who are there are consistently kind, super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The pharmacy employees provide amazing customer service, going above and beyond to coordinate prescriptions and contact insurance or doctors. Many staff members are noted for being patient and for handling difficult situations well.
The kind staff member who greets customers on the weekends at the 395 Court Street CVS, is always helpful, friendly & professional. I really appreciate her excellent customer service. Thank you!

Some staff are more helpful than others. The lighting seems kind of dim--could be brighter. I usually get what I need. The later you go, they run out of some snacks and drinks. Prices are okay, some items are a bit high, but you get discounts with the coupons.

This place sucks. Even the cheapest body wash/soap is locked up, and it can take multiple customer service button presses and more than 10 minutes to get anything. Woe betide you if you want to buy soap *and* shampoo.
