I just tried to get my prescription and the shift of today Wednesday, February 7th was THE WORSTat 7pm!!! They’ve been really mean with 3 people before me, and I’m wondering: whyyyy in this world do they have people not capable to deal with public specially when healthcare is involved. Terrible experience! Not gonna come back there again!!!!

I used to come here because you could actually shop. Now all the toiletries are locked up. And they won’t even hand them to you. They have to bring them up front for you. Absolutely ridiculous to treat your customers like thieves.

Quality has been going down. Some disgruntled staff today told my son "Chinga tu madre" because my son let out a startled laugh after the employee aggressively threw a garbage can against a wall while saying "fuck this shit". My wife asked someone for help getting an item out of a case the employee just stared at her and said "no. Press the button for help" and went back to pricing items very slowly The pharmacy is very hit or miss.

The workers are all really nice, but this location has so many issues. Really low inventory when compared to other major drug store locations. More and more inventory is locked up, but the store is so understaffed no one comes to open the cases. The self-checkout machines are often broken.

One of the worst pharmacy experiences I have ever had. Not only is the pharmacist is extremely rude but VERY unhelpful. I was shocked at her blatant lack of empathy and unwillingness to explain how/when I should take Plan B along with my birth control. Confronting emergency contraception situations are nerve racking enough as is but to then have your pharmacist treat you terribly…. just really appalling.

This store has become impossible to shop at. The people are super nice but like everywhere else everything is behind glass now so they have to spend their time constantly running around opening cases. Then you get to checkout and the self checkouts ring you up improperly. I can’t speak for the pharmacy.

They don't really deserve one star. The pharmacy staff treats customer poorly. By asking a question, I felt like I was causing them a great deal of trouble. CVS, you should hire decent, caring individuals rather than just filling positions. Will not return ever.

Rude I can deal with--it's New York City. But the utter incompetence is unreal. After texting me to come pick up a mail order prescription, I called to inquire why it hadn't been sent (you can't text them back, only call and encounter their surly staff) and they said they had "had a glitch" and would send it that day. Instead, they canceled the prescription order (they canceled it after the promised delivery date), and their explanation was that "the post office never came." They are 3 blocks from the main Bk post office. They care so little about patients that they can't figure out how to put something in the mail? Now that they have already billed insurance, I can't fill the order elsewhere. A real mess. Never again! I've canceled all my CVS scripts and am going to be filling them elsewhere, and not shopping there. The callousness and unwillingness to do their jobs signals a real rot within CVS. The employees all clearly hate their jobs, and this is obviously a product of how they are treated by CVS. A great example of a poorly managed business squeezing pennies while their customers run away.

would give 0 stars if i could. waited 20 mins in the minute clinic, the “receptionist” was facetiming someone, never helped us check in and then wouldn’t see us because we “weren’t checked in on time” - a literal joke. go to urgent care, this place & its staff are both not worth your $$

During COVID this CVS starting to go down on supplies, services, and organization. For a few years it has looked like a 99 cent store. I can't find my items and there are no salespeople to be found. One cashier rolled her eyes a few weeks ago when I asked if she was checking out customers. These young people look like they don't want to work. Where is the manager who use to be visible? Where is the greeter? Please bring back the quality it had when it opened and before COVID. Other stores are back to normal but this location looks like it is still affected by COVID. I was in today and saw some change with more people on the floor working for the first time in a long time. We needs CVS in our neighborhood.
