DHL Express Warehouse is difficult to find and can be confusing, with GPS often sending people incorrectly. It is located at the end of a dead-end street. Look for parked vans and two doors; go to the door on the right side and ring the bell. There are signs reading 'AUTHORIZED ACCESS ONLY' which can be misleading. The workers are polite, provide very good and comforting customer service, and are quick to answer calls. Customers are happy to receive their packages fast.

The service, the delivery service stinks. But i found the customer service personnel to be extremely helpful

It was super hard to find. The GPS kept rerouting so I literally just checked around the corner from where the GPS was originally sending me and that’s how I found the warehouse. The workers were polite so that’s always a plus!
